Grab Your Spiciest Snack and Watch These 11 Most Epic Episodes of "Hot Ones"

Every time "Hot Ones," the wildly popular online show with hot questions and even hotter wings, comes out with an episode, fans of the series flock to YouTube to watch. Host Sean Evans — who is one of the most cool, calm, and collected guys on the planet — grills his celebrity guests while burning their mouths with the hottest of hot sauces. In any episode, you're guaranteed to see the interviewee open up about their life, break under the spicy pressure, and/or compliment Evans's inquisitive (and very well-researched) questions. He's featured some notable guests, including Chrissy Teigen, Idris Elba, Gordon Ramsay, and most recently *NSYNC.

The show has gotten lots of attention over the years for its unconventional twist on typical sit-down interviews that viewers are used to. It's intimate in the sense that anyone watching can feel like they're sitting at the table with them, which is a vibe most high-production sets don't give off. Plus, it's super funny to watch your favorite celebrity be unfiltered and try to act cool while they taste the hottest sauces measured on the Scoville Scale (Da Bomb, we're looking at you).

There are 22 seasons of the show on YouTube that are all worth a watch, but here's a roundup of the most memorable episodes (so far).

Hot Ones: *NSYNC

*NSYNC stopped by "Hot Ones" shortly after they announced their musical reunion for their Trolls song, "Take You to a Better Place," in September. The group wasn't allowed to explicitly promote their first song in over 20 years amid the actors' strike, so the entire 24-minute interview was filled with the group sharing fun memories and facts about their time as a group in the '90s. Like Justin Timberlake's "slightly regrettable" beat-boxing battles with their drummer on tour; that time JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, and Chris Kirkpatrick got cut from a Star Wars movie; Lance Bass's aborted mission into space; and how the iconic "It's gonna be may" pronunciation came to be.

Hot Ones: Paul Rudd

Even if you haven't watched an episode of "Hot Ones" before, you've probably seen the memes all over Twitter from when Paul Rudd was on the show. What's especially fun about this episode is both Evans and Rudd are so endearing to watch. It seriously feels like you're listening in on a conversation between two friends, and Rudd flipping the script and having a genuine interest in Evans's life makes him even more lovable than he already is.

Hot Ones: The Jonas Brothers

You would think eating hot foods would be easy for the "Burnin' Up" singers, but that definitely was not the case. Season nine's premiere episode showed some brotherly love when the Jonas Brothers joined the stage. This was the first time three people were interviewed in the hot seat, and 40 spicy wings were consumed. The competition between Joe, Nick, and Kevin is hilarious to watch because they're brothers and naturally poke a bit of fun at each other throughout. The spot-on editing also helps you make sure you're seeing the most dramatic reactions from each sibling throughout the episode.

Hot Ones: Gordon Ramsay

Perhaps one of the most requested guests Evans had since he started the show was Gordon Ramsay. The celebrity chef finally made an appearance in season eight, and it was certainly worth the wait. It's so fun to watch Ramsay melt under the pressure for once instead of him being in control, plus there's even a cooking session at the end. Not only does Ramsay shed a couple of tears, but he also critiques the wings at the start of the episode, which is exactly what you'd expect from him.

Hot Ones: Billie Eilish

Billie Eilish made history on season eight as the show's youngest guest. The singer was (rightfully) pretty nervous at the start of the interview, but she pushed through till the end and committed to the insanity that is "Hot Ones." Somehow Eilish still manages to look like the coolest human to exist while her mouth is on fire, and you also get to learn a lot about her backstory.

Hot Ones: Chrissy Teigen

The always unfiltered and authentic Chrissy Teigen joined the "Hot Ones" stage for season seven. It's no secret that Teigen is a talented cook herself, so it makes sense the model eventually joined the show. The pair talk about food and also her history of becoming a meme at award shows. Watch her perfectly slice an avocado while struggling to keep herself together and drinking water directly out of the water pitcher.

Hot Ones: Kevin Hart

Kevin Hart is funny enough on his own, but add some spicy wings to the mix, and he gets funnier. You can tell the wings made quite an impact on him if you watch his outfit gradually come off throughout the episode. Plus, he can hardly answer Evans's questions without updating the stage crew of how his body is handling the spice.

Hot Ones: Michael B. Jordan

As if Michael B. Jordan can get any hotter, he decides to join the "Hot Ones" stage. The actor impressively handles the heat and maintains his composure quite well throughout the show, even joining Evans in traditionally adding a little extra sauce on the last round.

Hot Ones: Kristen Bell

Kristen Bell reflects on her life work from "Veronica Mars" to "Frozen" in this episode of "Hot Ones." She asks Evans the hard-hitting question of how many wings he's had in his life (because everyone is wondering), to which he says he's probably had 1,700 alone just for this YouTube show. This episode is particularly funny because she consistently asks about the time her husband Dax Shepard was on the show and challenges herself to one-up him each time.

Hot Ones: Shia LaBeouf

Hot sauce is no match for Shia LaBeouf. He joined Evans on "Hot Ones, "and to say it's entertaining is definitely an understatement. He literally pours so much hot sauce on each wing until the very end, which is both cocky and impressive. The actor reflects on all of his lifelong antics — like why he wore hot pink leggings one time — and gives in the inside scoop on all his memorable stunts, all while showing he can down any hot sauce you throw his way.

Hot Ones: Terry Crews

It's no wonder why Terry Crews's episode of "Hot Ones "has nearly 18 million views. He and Evans take a walk down memory lane through the actor's career, his football days, and check out the many throwback pics that come up. Tears start to pour around the 15-minute mark, and it's constant hilarity from that point on.
